Superdrug – Locking in loyal customers

Like many retailers, Superdrug has key spending windows throughout the year and our job is to ensure that we retain and grow Superdrug’s share of wallet during those periods too.

We use social media (in particular Facebook) to engage Beautycard members in topical content, that then ‘warms the doormat and the inbox’ for dynamic content, targeted email and digitally printed direct mail.

The Result? Response and redemption rates as high as 48%, significant uplifts in average transaction values and an ROI of 10:1
